If one man could represent the total eclipse of the heart it would have to be Joey Rhude.

Joey was an intergalactic being that had the magical ability to make everyone he interacted with feel seen, heard and celebrated.

Joey unfortunately just lost his 2 year battle with throat cancer.

Before he passed we were able to gather all of Joey’s friends and family to make a video to show the impact he made on their lives.

Joey’s favorite place in the world was Burning Man.

This would’ve been his 21^st burn.

We are raising funds to take Joey’s loved ones to Burning Man to grieve and say farewell at the temple – the sacred place where attendees go to grieve and honor their loved ones they’ve recently lost. 

We hope this website and Joey’s video inspire you to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you way before they might be dying. 

Because the truth is any one of us could die tomorrow.
